About Me.

I bring a lifetime of inner exploration to the counselling work followed with years of training and experience. I have a full active practice in Bristol, where I blend everything I have learnt to be available to you, whatever you might need. I love my work and am always learning and stretching what is possible. I work in an embodied immediate way as well as the more classic inner exploration of history and attachment.

I specialise in our inner relationship, character structure, attachment and developmental trauma, sexual abuse, bereavement, existential and spiritual crisis, the inner relationship with ourselves, chronic and acute human difficulties and anxieties.  Other issues include relationships, low self esteem, lack, post-traumatic stress, dissociative disorder, non sexual abuse, physical and mental health, spirituality, anger, stress, depression, work issues, climate related grief, societal collapse and anxiety.

My own journey began in my early 20’s with an unravelling of my world view and coping strategies, uncovering what was not working in my life.  A Jungian therapist helped me put myself back together, enabling me to gain new perspectives, integrate and grow aspects of myself.  I have since explored and found many ways of working with my own inner world with different forms of therapy, insight practices, embodied processing, Focusing and yers of reflection, which now inform my approach to counselling.

Re-Vision Counselling training was experiential and profound. Based in Jungian, Psychosynthesis and developmental disciplines it taught me a depth of work around unconscious patterning, brain development, attachment theory and the importance of the greater than self, the transpersonal.
